I work with growing SMBs — typically 2–50 employees and $1M+ in revenue — that have outgrown informal systems and need someone to build the operational backbone that makes scaling sustainable.
Before launching Cadence Operations, I served as COO of a growing wholesale distribution company, leading operational infrastructure, systems implementation, financial visibility, and team structure.
I've also worked closely with small business owners through the Small Business Development Center, helping them navigate growth challenges from the inside.
Outside of work: lifelong pianist, co-founder of a local F3 men's fitness group, and an avid reader of military history and business strategy — usually found with my wife and four kids in the middle of a kitchen dance party.
